A Little Mexican Delight

Beer…corn chips…GUACAMOLE…sweet chilli sauce

My sister gave me a stack of gorgeous farm fresh avocados so I used about three or four of these together with a handful of fresh coriander a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime.

It’s been an age since I made guacamole. Delicious! So…how do you make guacamole?

  1. My guacca is different every time depending on what I have on hand. Here are some ingredients I use, not necessarily all at once:
lime juice / lemon juice / sour cream / shop-bought salsa / cracked black pepper / salt .

  2. Hi, I make mine with finely diced red onion, avocados (of course), nice salt, lime juice and fresh chopped coriander. I always get a “wow” out of anyone that eats it. Another recipe people seem to like is avocado, a small dob of sour cream, lime juice, salt and sweet chilli sauce.

I’m jealous of your shoe shopping in the States. I used to travel for work and boy it was fun shopping anywhere but Westfield and the like. I’m in Brisbane too and funnily enough I have good friends who live in Cologne and they LOVE shopping in Brisbane!!
