Nearly 12 years ago I met a little boy who was just a little older than my Hamish is today. Just a couple of years later I married that little boy’s Dad. And today that little boy turned 21.

I used the fabulous Women’s Weekly White Chocolate Mud Cake recipe to make this.  The Bundt cake pan always creates a special finish…even with the most simple butter cake.
